About the agency
Is Khwaza Khela Manpower Services a licensed agency?
Yes. We operate under manpower export licence MPD/2829/RWP/2009, issued for the recruitment of Pakistani workers for overseas employment. The licence number appears on every page of this website and on our office signage.

Which countries do you recruit for?
Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. Our recruitment, visa processing and attestation services are focused on these six Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

Where are your offices?
We have two branches. The Rawalpindi office is at First Floor, Alfallah Centre, D-100, Suite 7, Block D, Satellite Town. The Swat office is at Khan Market, Bisham Road, near Spinghar Hotel, Khwazakhela.

Can you guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No, and you should be cautious of any agency that says otherwise. Visa approval, medical results and departure dates are decided by the relevant embassy, ministry or employer. What we do is prepare your file correctly, submit it through the proper channel, and tell you honestly which stage it has reached.

How do I apply for a Gulf job through your agency?
Submit your CV through the form on our Gulf Jobs page, or send it to us on WhatsApp. Tell us your trade, your years of experience and which country you prefer. We contact you when a suitable opportunity matches your profile.

What file format should I send my CV in?
A PDF or Word document is ideal, but a clear photograph of your CV is perfectly acceptable — many candidates apply from a phone. We accept PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG and PNG files up to 5 MB.

What documents are involved in Saudi work visa processing?
The file typically moves through sponsorship documents from the employer, a medical examination at an approved centre, NAVTTC trade testing where the trade requires it, and finally visa stamping. We track your file through each of these stages.

Documents & testing
What order does document attestation follow?
Educational documents generally go through HEC or IBCC first depending on the qualification, then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and finally the relevant embassy. The order matters — a document attested out of sequence usually has to be started again.

What is the NAVTTC trade test?
NAVTTC is the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission. For several skilled trades, a candidate must pass its trade test before a work visa can proceed. We arrange the appointment and explain what the test covers for your trade.

What does the medical appointment involve?
Gulf countries require a medical examination at a centre approved for that country. We arrange the token and appointment. The result is determined by the medical centre alone, and we have no influence over its outcome.

Umrah
What is included in an Umrah package?
Our Umrah service covers visa assistance, return air ticket, hotel booking in Makkah and Madinah, and ground transport between the two holy cities — handled as a single file rather than as separate bookings.

Do you arrange Hajj as well as Umrah?
No. We provide Umrah services only. Hajj in Pakistan requires a separate Hajj Group Organiser licence from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, which is a different authorisation from our manpower export licence.
