Who we are
A licensed agency built around one file at a time
Khwaza Khela Manpower Services is a manpower recruitment and travel services agency operating under government manpower export licence MPD/2829/RWP/2009. We work with employers in the Gulf to source candidates from Pakistan, and we handle the visa, documentation, attestation and travel work that follows selection.
Alongside recruitment we provide Saudi visa processing and visa stamping, medical appointments, NAVTTC related services, embassy and MOFA attestation, air ticketing, group bookings and Umrah support — so a candidate or traveller does not have to move between several offices to complete one journey.
Our approach is deliberately unglamorous: check documents carefully before submission, tell clients exactly which stage their file is at, and never promise an outcome that belongs to an embassy, ministry or employer.

Our process
How a file moves from first call to departure
Step 1
Consultation
We discuss your trade, experience and preferred destination, and explain the requirements and stages involved.
Step 2
Documentation
Passport, certificates and supporting documents are collected, checked and attested where the destination requires it.
Step 3
Processing
The file moves through medical, trade verification and embassy submission, with updates at each stage.
Step 4
Approval
The application or visa decision is received from the relevant authority. Timelines are set by that authority.
Step 5
Travel / Deployment
Once travel is cleared, tickets are issued and you receive a pre-departure briefing before joining the employer.
Approval timelines and outcomes are determined by the relevant embassy or authority. We do not guarantee visa approval, employment or a departure date.
